Job summary

LensCrafters is part of EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in eyewear and optical care. The Store Manager will lead the LensCrafters team to deliver the Brand Story and flawless customer experience, while driving KPIs and safety standards in a dynamic retail environment.

您 will manage operations, coaching, hiring, and collaboration with optometrists to enhance patient care and store performance. This role is based in Boulder, CO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years management/supervisory experience.
• Operations, processes and business implications knowledge.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Team building and management skills.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Sales skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Ability to manage time under aggressive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Provide training and coaching to the team leveraging Company provided programs.
• Analyzes reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs.
• Attracts and hires highly engaged team to ensure the store has the right people.
• Partners with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate customer and patient experience.
• Takes pride in the store and guides team to execute all operational, inventory, and visual tasks to guidelines.
• Ensures all Company approved safety programs are implemented and maintained consistently.
