Job summary

LensCrafters in Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store team, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer care. You will work closely with the Store Manager to execute business plans, train staff, and uphold visual standards.

The role requires an Opticianry license, strong English communication, and at least one year of supervisory experience in retail. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license.
• 1+ year of management or supervision experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficiency with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong selling skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and improvement to meet KPI targets.
• Lead a team, train staff, and provide feedback.
• Assist store manager and collaborate with Retail, Lab and Doctor teams.
• Support store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Staff the store effectively and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment and flexible scheduling.
