The role requires a current state Opticianry license, 1+ year of supervisory experience, and a solid understanding of retail processes. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current & valid state Opticianry license required.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers, and calculators.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication is essential.
• Proven selling skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed KPIs: sales, conversions, traffic, and profitability.
• Lead and develop a team, provide training and guidance.
• Schedule and staff the store to optimize coverage.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to doctors and patients.
