Job summary

LensCrafters in the Detroit area is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear shopping experiences. You will help customers choose frames, apply prescriptions, and coordinate measurements with the Optician to ensure perfect vision solutions.

From greeting customers to meeting sales goals, you will build relationships, operate POS systems, and maintain a welcoming store environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Ability to learn new technology and adapt quickly.
• Strong communication and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales and company objectives by fostering existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate with optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain clean, attractive displays and organized inventory.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relations with staff and customers.
