Job summary

LensCrafters in the Detroit area is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, offer expert eyewear recommendations, and assist customers in selecting frames and lenses. You will stay current on trends, build lasting client relationships, and help drive sales across in-store and online channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in retail sales, eyewear/luxury preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable; deadlines and schedules matter.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients; make shopping experiences memorable.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge; attend trainings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; follow up after purchases.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless in-store and online experiences.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
