Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers and calculators.
• Embrace new technology with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through strong sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and adapt to a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plans and objectives by growing existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements for accurate vision solutions.
• Take measurements with optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Maintain attractive, organized displays and inventory.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect to foster an inclusive culture.
