LensCrafters in Grand Rapids is looking for a Sales Associate to deliver excellent eye-care and eyewear experiences. You will guide customers through frame and lens choices, using prescriptions to recommend solutions, and coordinate with the Optician for precise measurements.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in retail or customer service.
• Familiar with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Able to learn new technology and maintain accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication; goal oriented.
• Self-motivated and multi-task capable in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and build customer relationships.
• Use prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist selection of frames and coordinate with optical measurements.
• Take measurements and consult with Optician.
• Maintain store appearance and organize displays.
