Job summary

LensCrafters in Southfield, MI is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye-care experiences. You will assist patients in frame selections, measure and coordinate with the Optician, and aim to meet sales goals while upholding LensCrafters standards.

Responsibilities include building relationships, using POS systems, and contributing to a welcoming store environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales through building relationships and meeting store objectives.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory, ensuring displays are neat and inviting.
• Provide a respectful, inclusive customer experience and teamwork with staff.
• Adapt to a fast-changing environment and embrace new technology.
