Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide exceptional eye-care experiences. You will help customers select frames, interpret prescriptions, and coordinate with optical measurements to ensure the right vision solution.

The role emphasizes delivering sales goals, maintaining a well-presented store, and fostering respectful, inclusive relationships with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.
• Ability to sell with strong sales skills and meet targets.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and objectives through existing and new customers.
• Use prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Perform measurements with optical tools and consult the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain displays.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory organization.
• Foster inclusive culture with customers and colleagues.
