LensCrafters is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist patients in selecting eyewear and related products. You will greet customers, assess needs, and connect recommendations to available eye-care services, including eye exams and product fittings.

You should excel at communication, handle point-of-sale transactions, and maintain a professional store appearance while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.

• Familiarity with technology such as POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients with a warm welcome and provides prompt service.
• Explores needs and links to practice offerings including eyewear.
• Asks clarifying questions and consults with Optician as needed.
• Describes features and benefits of products using the appropriate tools.
• Maintains accurate patient information and processes transactions.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
