Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in Michigan to deliver exceptional eye care experiences. You will help customers select frames, use prescriptions to guide lens choices, and coordinate measurements with the optical team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a welcoming store atmosphere for every guest. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a motivation to meet sales goals while adapting

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.
Embrace new technology with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to sell through use of sales skills and meet goals.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Self-motivator with ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales plans by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with measurements for optimal vision solution.
Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
Foster a positive store environment and strong professional relationships with peers and staff.
Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
Treat customers and colleagues with respect to support an inclusive culture.
