Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver quality eye care and eyewear experiences. You will help patients select frames, take measurements, and use optical tools in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build relationships, meet sales goals, and participate in a welcoming store environment. A High School Diploma or GED and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selection of frames and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conducts measurements using optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain displays and inventory.
