LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to provide outstanding eye care and eyewear shopping experiences. You will guide customers in selecting frames, use prescriptions to recommend lenses, and coordinate measurements with accuracy while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, handling POS transactions, and delivering high-quality service with professionalism and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with measurements to suggest vision solutions.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain displays and inventory.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect to foster an inclusive culture.
