Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales in eyewear and care products. You will help customers select frames, discuss lenses, and coordinate with measurements to ensure the best vision solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn technology and adapt quickly.
• Strong communication and goal-oriented Sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Take measurements with optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory, keeping displays organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
