Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding eye care experiences. You will guide customers through frame selection, apply prescription insights, and ensure accurate measurements in a people-focused store environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, productive teamwork, and contributing to a welcoming, professional atmosphere for patients and customers alike.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic computing.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.
• Desire to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and lens coatings.
• Assists patients in selecting frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Maintains store appearance and inventory, keeping displays organized.
• Fosters an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
