You will supervise a small team, optimize schedules, monitor KPIs, and partner with the Managing Doctor to develop talent and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in running operations of a site, preferably in healthcare or related patient care services.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficient.
• Detail oriented with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and improvement to meet or exceed all key performance indicators.
• Lead team huddles and manage staff schedules and patient flow.
• Develop staff through regular coaching and development plans.
