Job summary

Total Vision is seeking a Practice Manager to establish the clinic as a premier destination for vision care, lead the team, and drive growth in market share and profitability.

You will build a high-performing culture, ensure operational excellence, and deliver superior patient experiences while enforcing policies and procedures. Bilingual capability (English + Spanish/Hindi) and strong business acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or two years related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish/Hindi.
• Experience running operations of a site, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and EQ.
• Direct patient care experience; optician license or optical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI performance and optimize revenue while reducing expenses.
• Lead a team; conduct daily huddles and weekly meetings.
• Schedule staff and manage patient flow.
• Coach and develop team; conduct 1-on-1s.
• Handle administrative duties such as payroll and inventory.
• Interface with support center and department leads.
• Identify ways to improve patient journey.
• Maintain adherence to policies and procedures.
• Supervise 4+ employees.
