Qualifications

• Ability to train and develop staff and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and improvement to meet key performance indicators.
• Demonstrates knowledge of eye-care practice operations and processes.
• Improve patient journey to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
• Lead daily huddles and weekly team meetings.
• Schedule staff and manage patient flow for the site.
• Coach and develop team and conduct regular 1-on-1 discussions.
• Perform administrative duties including cash, payroll, and inventory management.
