Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a collaborative team and deliver a personalized eyecare experience for patients in Virginia. You will work with doctors, vendors, and staff to grow the office while sharing responsibility for financial performance. Some evening and weekend shifts are required.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members while driving KPI results and maintaining high service standards to enhance loyalty and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in management (Retail/Hospitality preferred).
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentor skills.
