Job summary

MyEyeDr. is looking for a Patient Service Coordinator to join our front desk team. You will deliver personalized patient experiences during check-in and check-out and coordinate front desk activities with the Office General Manager. Some weekend and evening shifts are required.

No optical experience is necessary as training and tools will be provided to learn about our vision care services while helping patients see and live their best lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role with admin duties.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities under pressure.
• Friendly, patient-centric approach with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience with a smooth process.
• Verify insurance plans and educate patients on options at check-in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet walk-ins, schedule appointments, support staff as needed.
• Potential cross-training to Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
