Vision Health Specialties in Midland, TX is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to join our front desk team. You will be the friendly first contact, handling scheduling, greeting patients, and guiding check-in and checkout to create a welcoming, stress-free visit.

This role offers $16-$18 per hour, flexible Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday hours, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and a collaborative, patient‑focused culture that values teamwork and care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations
