Job summary

Vision Health Specialties is seeking a friendly and organized Patient Care Coordinator I to anchor our front desk in Midland, TX. You’ll greet patients, handle scheduling, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience that makes every visit comfortable and personal.

As the first point of contact, you’ll manage phone inquiries, coordinate appointment logistics, and support clinic operations with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Pay & Schedule:

• $16-$18/hour
• Flexible schedule - Monday-Friday with Saturday hours (if you work Saturday, day off during the week)
