Job summary

LensCrafters within EssilorLuxottica seeks an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience, linking doctor and retail functions while ensuring quality patient care and store KPIs. You will greet customers, explain services, and support eyewear recommendations in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, handling transactions, and maintaining accurate patient records in a HIPAA-compliant manner, with emphasis on service quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.

• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within 30 seconds of arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly (3 rings) in a friendly manner.
• Explain all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully; identify needs and escalate when necessary.
• Demonstrate patience with indecisive customers and provide resolutions.
• Ensure accurate and thorough work under time pressure and high volume.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments securely.
• Explain One Hour processing and delivery timelines.
• Maintain store appearance and visual displays according to guidelines.
• Maintain a safe working environment for associates and patients.
