Job summary

EssilorLuxottica’s LensCrafters in Temecula, CA seeks an EyeCare Advisor for part-time coverage to deliver exceptional value and optometric support in a retail setting.

You will greet customers, explain services, assist in frame selection, and coordinate with the doctor and retail teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Training on brand standards and HIPAA compliance is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organizational skills.
• Sales skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers without delay (within 30 seconds).
• Promptly answers the telephone (3 rings) in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records and accuracy in prescription information.
• Operates the POS system and processes payments with accuracy and security.
• Explains delivery times and the One Hour processing expectation to customers.
• Keeps store visuals aligned with brand guidelines and maintains a tidy appearance.
