Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet customers, explain tests and services, and support the optometrist and retail team to ensure high-quality patient care.

You’ll use product knowledge to help choose frames and lenses, handle appointments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records following HIPAA. We value strong communication, math skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and provides friendly service.
• Explains required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Maintains patient records with HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Supports Optician and Doctor to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Operates POS system and processes payments accurately.
• Keeps store displays in line with guidelines and maintains store appearance.
