You will assist with preliminary testing, patient records, and guiding customers through eyewear options.

Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducing preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and educate on products/services.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the stores exam lane and patient experience goals.
