LensCrafters in Massachusetts (Kingston) is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience, greet customers promptly, and articulate insurance, treatments, and products with care. The role links the doctor and retail functions while supporting pre-exam testing and lens fitting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within 30 seconds.
• Answer telephone promptly (3 rings) in a friendly manner.
• Explain all required paperwork, tests, products, and services.
• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Operate the POS system accurately and handle payments.
• Place contact lens orders and process shipments.
• Ensure store displays meet guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
