Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to create exceptional value in customers' lives by delivering the LensCrafters Experience. You will ensure patients receive high-quality optometric care and help link the doctor and retail functions for a smooth patient experience.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to explain paperwork, tests, and services clearly. Experience with POS systems and basic math is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers without delay (within 30 seconds).
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Performs pre-examination testing with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintains patient records in accordance with HIPAA.
• Operates the POS system accurately and handles payments.
