Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience required. Previous optical experience preferred.
• Must complete all training courses as directed by Henry Ford OptimEyes.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and direct them through their visit.
• Manage multi-line phone system and schedule appointments.
• Enter prescriptions accurately for eyeglasses and contact lenses using POS.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and assist with payment processes.
• Coordinate with pharmacies and support prescription fulfillment.
