As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome. You will play a crucial role in resolving inquiries, processing transactions, and coordinating services to enhance the patient experience. What You Will Do

• Complete and record sales transactions accurately in the HFO Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Work closely with all HFO departments to coordinate patients' services.
