Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is required; optical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients in person or over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient electronic medical records.
• Process sales transactions accurately in POS system and handle cash drawer.
• Explain ocular tomography and other products to patients.
• Enter prescriptions for eyeglasses and contacts; coordinate with pharmacies.
