Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an EyeCare Advisor in Walnut Creek to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and high-quality optometric care. You will greet customers promptly, explain tests and products, and coordinate with the doctor and retail team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, good communication, and basic math and sales skills. Prior optical or retail exposure is a plus, with a patient-focused approach and compliance

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales experience and basic math abilities.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and assists with selections.
• Explains required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information with care.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant handling of records.
• Operates POS system and processes payments accurately.
