You will greet customers, explain tests and paperwork, assist with frame and lens selection, manage patient records per HIPAA, and support the optometrist and retail teams. This role emphasizes service, accuracy, and a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly (within 30 seconds).
• Answers the telephone promptly (3 rings) in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Handles and files patient records in an organized and HIPAA-compliant manner.
