LensCrafters seeks an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure high-quality optometric care in our Columbus store. You will assist customers with eyewear choices, explain tests and services, and support coordination between doctor and retail staff.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and accurate handling of prescriptions and transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Ability to use a cash register, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with eyewear selection.
• Explain required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Process prescriptions, orders and invoices accurately.
• Maintain store appearance and product knowledge.
• Operate POS system and handle payments securely.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records.
