Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineer II - Virtualization to join the Production Services team. You’ll design and maintain complex systems, manage large-scale deployments in internal datacenters, and administer Linux systems across thousands of servers and virtual machines.

You’ll develop automation with Python/Go/PowerShell, troubleshoot hardware and hypervisor issues, and participate in on-call incident management. US citizenship or green card is required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or Green Card holder status.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Linux/Windows, VMware, Docker and Kubernetes at scale.
• Hands-on OpenStack production administration.
• Experience in incident management and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex technical systems architecture.
• Manage large-scale production deployments in internal datacenters.
• Administer Linux systems across thousands of servers and VMs.
• Develop scripts and automation tools using Python, Go, and PowerShell.
