Job summary

General Motors LLC is seeking a Virtual Performance Integration Manager (VPIM) to lead cross-functional virtual vehicle integration during development. You will drive full-program virtual development, balance performance requirements across functions, and enable efficient architectures through simulation and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of cross-functional vehicle development experience.
• Experience with virtual development and CAE-based integration.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle performance integration and owner interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle and program virtual integration using simulation and synthesis.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, subsystem teams, validation and performance integration.
• Identify, communicate and resolve CAE-driven issues with urgency and discipline.
• Support development plans, simulation workshare and data readiness for timely decisions.
• Promote robust design practices and optimization methods in CAE capability.
