Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring a tax professional to support TurboTax customers remotely. You will guide clients through federal and state returns, provide tax explanations, and complete full-service returns when needed. Excellent communication and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

You’ll use video tools and trusted resources to resolve questions, document interactions, and contribute toward KPIs and continuous improvement. Training and security compliance are ongoing requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of federal/state 1040 preparation for 30+ clients per season using tax software.
• Active PTIN; state licenses/certificates or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and ability to work at least 20 hours/week.
• Willingness to operate with a dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Reside in the United States; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Virtual, customer-facing role using video comms to interact with customers.
• Assist TurboTax customers with tax returns, advice, and signature.
• Handle product inquiries and tax calculations; provide explanations in everyday language.
• Document customer interactions and meet KPI metrics; participate in pilots and trainings.
