Responsibilities

• Monitor transcripts and graduation requirements with counselors and staff.
• Develop four-year graduation plans and review student schedules.
• Analyze student data to create intervention and support plans.
• Provide short-term counseling and refer to long-term services when needed.
• Travel up to 20% for professional development or assessments.
