Job summary

You will engage with students, families, and staff to implement a comprehensive counseling program. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and counseling experience; a state School Counselor License is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field.
• Three years of counseling/advisement experience.
• School Counselor License preferred.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides preventive and short-term counseling to students.
• Develops data-driven intervention plans using student data.
• Collaborates with teachers to map a four-year graduation plan.
• Assists with course placement and AP recommendations.
• Supports college and career readiness and testing preparation.
