Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of counseling/advisement experience.
• School Counselor License preferred; ability to pass background check.
• Proficiency in Word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Help students with postsecondary planning and AP/course placement.
• Review transcripts and develop a four-year graduation plan.
• Deliver instruction aligned to student success standards.
• Analyze student data and develop intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and parents to support students.
• Travel up to 20% for professional development and meetings.
