Job summary

Extreme Capital Solutions, a fully remote financing and leasing provider, is seeking an experienced leasing sales professional in the United States to drive equipment financing opportunities and close deals. You will partner with sales teams, coordinate with banking partners, and guide transactions through underwriting, delivering tailored solutions.

A 70/30 base-to-variable split is included in the compensation.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 USD with a 70/30 base-to-variable split.
