Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN to join the vAcute program in a Mercy Virtual triage setting. The role involves providing patient-centered care, coordinating with the Medical Director, and supporting care across the continuum in a 24/7 environment.

The position requires an RN license in the hiring state (or compact licensure), and 2–3 years of Med Surg/ED/CC experience, with multiple certifications to be maintained per Mercy standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• 2-3 years of recent experience in Med Surg, ED, or Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs.
• Facilitate scheduling for patients.
• Support patients enrolled in Mercy's Intense Care Coordination program across the care continuum.
