Requirements include nursing education and active RN licensure in the hiring state, with 2–3 years in Med Surg, ED, or Critical Care. Certification in BLS/ACLS and related programs is expected.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• 2-3 years recent Med Surg, ED, or Critical Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs and coordinate scheduling for Mercy’s Intense Care Coordination program.
• Support patients across the care continuum in the vAcute program with education and care coordination duties.
