Job summary

Mercy in Missouri seeks a registered nurse to join the vAcute program, delivering patient-centered care within a 24/7 tele/triage framework and ED handoff process.

The role spans education to care coordination, working under Medical Director guidance to impact patient outcomes across the care continuum. You will operate in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• 2-3 years of recent Med Surg, ED, or Critical Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs and scheduling.
• Support patients in Mercy’s Intense Care Coordination program across the care continuum.
