Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for the vAcute virtual triage program. This role involves acting as a 24/7 contact for ED handoffs, coordinating scheduling, and supporting patients in Mercy’s care coordination program across the continuum.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited nursing degree and an active RN license in the hiring state or a compact license, with 2–3 years of Med Surg/ED/CCU experience and BLS certification. ACLS/other certifications may be required depending on unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs and scheduling.
• Support patients enrolled in Mercy’s Intense Care Coordination program across the care continuum.
