Job description

More about the role :
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and answering simple tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.
  • Compensation is $18.50 per hour.
  • TurboBonus Boost: Enjoy an extra $5.00 per hour bonus from April 9th to 15th, with unlimited hours available. To qualify, work at least 8 hours on April 13th, 14th, and 15th.
  • Receive a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert.
  • Certification lasts 3 days.
  • Build your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
  • A minimum of 30 hours per week is required; additional hours are welcome.
  • You will be supported by a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during live calls and an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) advocate.
Required Experience & Skills

To succeed as a Service Provider for TurboTax, you should be proficient in:

  • No specific accounting background is required. Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and assist customers are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly and empathetically assist customers with TurboTax products and software.
  • The ability to understand customer needs, empathize, and deliver excellent service while driving innovation.
