More about the role :

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.
• Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
• TurboBonus Boost: Enjoy a $5.00 per hour bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, work a minimum of 8 hours on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
• Earn a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
• Certification occurs over 3 days.
• Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
• Minimum 30 hours per week required; more hours are welcome.
• You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls and have an advocate (MPS) supporting your performance.

Required Experience & Skills

To succeed as a TurboTax Service Provider, you should be proficient in the following:

• No specific accounting background is required. Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and assist customers are preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
• The ability to understand and empathize with customer needs while delivering excellent service and driving innovation.
