Job description

Role Overview:

  • Position: Customer Service Representative for TurboTax
  • Compensation: $18.50 per hour
  • Bonus: $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th to 15th (unlimited hours, with minimum 8 hours daily on April 13-15 to qualify)
  • Additional Incentive: $310 bonus for certification as a TurboTax Product Expert (training over 3 days)
  • Work Schedule: Flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday, with a minimum of 30 hours per week (more if desired)
  • Work Environment: Work from home, supported by a Subject Matter Expert and a Marketplace Performance Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions.
  2. Provide continuous support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills:

  • No specific accounting background required; eagerness to learn and assist customers is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver top-notch service while driving innovation.
