More about the role :

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and simple tax questions. We provide comprehensive ongoing support for all your needs.
• Get paid $18.50 per hour¹.
• TurboBonus Boost of $5.00 per hour: Enjoy this bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, you must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
• Earn a $310 bonus for participating in the TurboTax Product Expert certification³.
• Certification occurs over 3 days.
• Set your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sundayâ´.
• A minimum of 30 hours per week is required; you can work more if desired¹.
• You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls, along with an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) advocate.

Required Experience & Skills

To succeed as a TurboTax Service Provider, you should be proficient in:
