More about the role :

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and answering basic tax questions. We provide continuous support to help you succeed.
• Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
• TurboBonus Boost: Enjoy an additional $5.00 per hour bonus from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available. To qualify, you must work at least 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
• Earn a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
• Certification lasts over 3 days.
• Build your schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
• Minimum 30 hours per week required; you can work more if desired.
• You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls and have an advocate in the Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS).

Required Experience & Skills

To succeed as a TurboTax Service Provider, you should be proficient in the following:
